CELERY: Crispy Green (Slab)
Celery’s name comes from a Celtic word meaning ‘water’, which gives an indication of the type of growing conditions that it prefers = cool, moist conditions. Celery does not like the heat so plant in a spot that gets afternoon shade. They also repel cabbage fly so plant some amongst your brassica’s.
